Casa Belvedere is suitable for a maximum of 4 guests. The accommodation is also suitable for families with children. A baby cot and a high chair can be provided on request.
Sottotorre beach is less than 200 metres away. The centre of Calasetta can be reached on foot in about 300 metres, and the harbour is around 700 metres away. The larger beach, La Salina, is approximately 2 kilometres away; after another kilometre you reach Spiaggia Grande.
You can park free of charge directly in front of the house or nearby.
Casa Belvedere offers Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all rooms, a washing machine and a dishwasher. Bed linen and towels are included in the stay.
No, unfortunately pets are not allowed at Casa Belvedere.

Here you will find everything you need for a perfect vacation with family or friends.

1 bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, desk and balcony with sea view.
1 bedroom with two single beds, 1 small bed can be added if required. Small, round table and 2 rattan armchairs.
Kitchen:
Fully equipped with fridge, dishwasher, gas hob, microwave and all utensils for cooking.
Dining table for cosy get-togethers.
Bathroom:
Walk-in shower, hairdryer, first aid kit, towels.... and window with sea view ;-)

Casa Belvedere is located at one of the highest point in the historic centre of Calasetta, just above the quiet, traffic-free piazza "Belvedere". In the evening, locals often come here for a walk and to enjoy the sunset, which changes colour and atmosphere every day. The house faces west and overlooks Sottotorre beach and its emerald bay, with views stretching towards the island of San Pietro and the town of Carloforte to the northwest, and further out to the open sea.
From Piazza Belvedere, a set of stairs leads down towards the beach, which is less than 200 metres away. In the opposite direction, Calasetta’s town centre is about 300 metres from the house, with the harbour just a few minutes further on.
Public transport
There is a regular train connection between Cagliari Elmas Airport and Carbonia. From Carbonia, buses run to Calasetta. It is also possible to reach Carbonia from Olbia, in the northeast of Sardinia, by train; the journey across the island is scenic and pleasant.
However, guests arriving by plane who would like to explore Sardinia independently will usually find it much easier to rent a car.
Directions by car
When arriving from Sant’Antioco, turn left at the junction at the entrance to Calasetta, following the signs for “spiagge” / beaches. After about 100 metres, turn right into Via Savoia, continue uphill along Via Garibaldi, then turn right again into either Via Regina Elena or Via Armando Diaz.
You can park next to the house on Via Palestro. Please do not park on Piazza Belvedere.
